added section on the component page to warn users of excluded nodes

took out the old exclusion stuff from the component types, moved the excluded nodes to the component settings rather than preferences, commented out some deprecated stuff relating to the old measurements

refactor the bin level over time
...
the auto inventory stuff pulls from the measurements and the manual/hybrid stuff pulls from the history, the auto will also create a new chart underneath for the bin modes
